Introducing the sizable, extra wide 10” Cutech jointer with the much sought after cast iron tables. The substantive tables provide a total working length of 54” when fully extended. Beneath the tables are full size Table Supports with the adjusters positioned near the outer edge for added stability. The new longer fence gets extra support from the fence enhancement brackets. The updated Safety Guard is designed for added structural rigidity. The rib pattern prevents any flexing while maintaining its maneuverability. The 401100HI comes with a larger 12 Amp motor, giving it a boost of 20% more power than the smaller models. This large-scale benchtop jointer can handle an array of jobs while preserving its portability.

This does an excellent job. I would recommend it.
I am extremely happy with this jointer. Assembly was easy, and the table was flat to within a few thousandths of an inch. Adjusting the infeed and outfeed tables took some time, but that’s the case with any jointer. Adjustments were easy to make with a straightedge and feeler gauge. I upgraded to the cast iron fence and this thing is SOLID. I’m blown away by the performance and build quality. I highly recommend this to anyone with a small shop who is looking for a premium benchtop jointer.
I'm truly impressed with this machine! I'm also super relieved because I really wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing when I placed the order. As you probably know, there are a lot of other more recognizable brands out there making jointers with similar specs, so this felt like a gamble. I ended up buying the 10" jointer with the cast iron fence accessory (which was on sale) and I'm happy to say that I took my chances and the bet paid off!
To be clear I'm a serious hobbyist trying to up my game so I can make furniture for my home. This is my first jointer. Until now, I've been milling stock using a combination of hand planes, planer and table saw, so adding this tool has been a major revelation. I can now finally use some wood I've been avoiding because I didn't have time (or patience) to flatten it.
My unit came well packed. Within an hour of unpacking (which included cleaning and waxing the top) I was jointing boards successfully. I've jointed a small stack of cherry, and some yew, walnut, and vertical grain fir. Using a shallow cut, moderate pressure, and steady flow, I get a really nice cut and boards that are squared-up beautifully. Perfect! Plus, it's small, relatively quiet, and works with my shop vac. The only thing I wish, as others have noted, is that fence support arms reached further out over the deck. Otherwise, I'm really happy with this jointer and would happily recommend it to anyone (and I'd recommend getting the 10", it's worth it.). Thanks,
